AEC Costruzioni is seeking a Tender and Estimating Specialist to strengthen the Sales team, with technical experience gained in the construction industry.<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Responsabilities<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Conducts technical and economic feasibility studies for tenders and estimates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepares bills of quantities, conducts price research and analyses necessary for economic evaluation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Organizes, manages and coordinates the preparation of tender documents produced both internally and by Partners;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analyzes the design documents provided during the tender phase to verify their consistency and completeness;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conducts supplier research and requests supporting quotations, prepares the technical documents and drawings necessary for formulating the offer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepares the economic and technical offer and develops its budget;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develops alternative\/improved technical and economic proposals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Degree in architecture or civil engineering;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Basic knowledge of IT tools, internet management and email (Word, Excel, Access, AutoCAD or similar);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of legislation and technical regulations in the construction sector, with particular reference to the Public Procurement Code;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of the reference market (construction and plant engineering);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in a similar role for at least 4 years;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proven technical experience in tender studies and cost analysis for construction and\/or infrastructure works exceeding 5 million euros;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Aptitude for teamwork;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong intellectual vitality and personal motivation suited to achieving company objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of English is desirable but not essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Gross Annual Salary: 40-45k<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
