AeC Costruzioni is looking for a professional to handle the Site Technical Management to strengthen the team, reporting directly to the relevant Project Manager.
Technical Director
Responsibilities
- On-site supervision and coordination of all subcontracted workers for civil and systems (MEP) activities;
- Planning management with the Management;
- Subcontractor accounts payable;
- Safety management in compliance with current regulations
Requirements
- Surveying diploma or degree in Civil/Building Engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management on the contractor side, having acquired autonomy and organizational skills, as well as experience in managing relationships with Clients/Works Supervision;
- Ability to read 2D drawings, excellent knowledge of Office and AutoCAD;
- Energy, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical abilities, and a result/goal-oriented mindset complete the profile;
- Ability to work in a team.
- Gross Annual Salary: €40k-45k
