Tendering and Estimating Specialist

• Conducts technical and economic feasibility studies for tenders and estimates;
• Prepares bills of quantities, conducts price research and analyses necessary for economic evaluation;
• Organizes, manages and coordinates the preparation of tender documents produced both internally and by Partners;
• Analyzes the design documents provided during the tender phase to verify their consistency and completeness;
• Conducts supplier research and requests supporting quotations, prepares the technical documents and drawings necessary for formulating the offer;
• Prepares the economic and technical offer and develops its budget;
• Develops alternative/improved technical and economic proposals.

• Degree in architecture or civil engineering;
• Basic knowledge of IT tools, internet management and email (Word, Excel, Access, AutoCAD or similar);
• Knowledge of legislation and technical regulations in the construction sector, with particular reference to the Public Procurement Code;
• Knowledge of the reference market (construction and plant engineering);
• Experience in a similar role for at least 4 years;
• Proven technical experience in tender studies and cost analysis for construction and/or infrastructure works exceeding 5 million euros;
• Aptitude for teamwork;
• Strong intellectual vitality and personal motivation suited to achieving company objectives.
• Knowledge of English is desirable but not essential.
• Gross Annual Salary: 40-45k
